Our warranty covers:
Hardware or assembly defects
Rope breakage

Our warranty does not cover:
Damages caused by pet biting or chewing
Product misuse, scratches, or wear over time with regular use
If you have a replacement request, please email leashly.shop@gmail.com with pictures of the product and your order number. Shipping costs for replacements are not covered by our shop. For leash or collar replacements, we'll provide a 20% off discount code for your replacement order.
